Starting a Meditation Habit (& Sticking to It!)

With the infinite distractions that are available in our human lives today, it's easier than ever to stay disconnected from who you truly are. At the same time, everywhere we turn, experts and professionals everywhere are advocating for meditation as a simple and effective solution with the answers to most, if not all, of our problems. The healing power of meditation is undeniable, but the sticking point for so many is actually sitting (or lying) down and doing it!

So how do you DO IT and how do you make it a part of your life in this busy world?

First of all, I just want to say that meditation is individual and part of a bigger process of increasing awareness. Personally, I don’t force myself to accomplish anything other than just BEING and BREATHING. There are many ways to get into it, it all depends what makes it click for you, and it's totally normal to be distracted, especially at first.
